The client requested for all the electrical services to be inspected and tested. All lighting, power and plant room systems were identified, tested and labelled for future use.

The client requested that all major electrical faults were rectified as soon as identified and the remainder were quoted.

Overall the project was completed within 3 working weeks, ensuring vey little disruption, if any, affected the company and it’s working day.

RG Commercial Ltd, Staines

The client ( RG Commercial Ltd ) requested an Inspection and testing programme. Daltech Electrical Testing designed this programme to complete 100% for all sub mains and 20% of the electrical system ( light and Power ) each year.

This ensured that each Distribution board was inspected every year and that they had an independent report on their property separate from the Maintenance regime in place.

Daltech Electrical Testing worked closely with all parties involved to ensure minimal disruption during the 2 week period each year.

Wokingham

The property management company required an Inspection and Test on their areas only. This involved close corporation with all the tenants throughout the building to keep power disruption to a minimum.

All the electrical cabling to each tenants distribution boards required to be tested which was carried out during non trading periods.

All the tenants and the property management company praised Daltech Electrical Testing for their hard work during this period.

As such contracts were rewarded to carry out all the testing within the building and on a further 3 sites.
